Abiodun Aderibigbe
PhD, AFHEA
Laboratory Manager
Abiodun Aderibigbe enjoys designing and syntheses of small and large molecules for various applications. By combining synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry experimental techniques, he has developed a wide range of organic and inorganic materials for the detection and capturing of metal analytes. He brings his chemistry research experience and training to the Henderson lab to bear on the development of point of care (POC) devices – a project the PI, Dr. Henderson is quite keen to see developed.
As the overseer of the Henderson Lab, he coordinates research activities and supports Dr. Henderson in the mentoring of graduate and honors students in the group.
When away from the lab, Abiodun enjoys the outdoors, reading fiction and seeing soccer matches.
